Terms of use

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the professional access to the Kinell Energy BESS Mobile Simulator. They are accepted by ticking the box provided at sign-up.

Access

Access is reserved for professionals approved by Kinell Energy or by their company administrator. It is free of charge. Each account is personal: login details must not be shared. Kinell Energy may suspend or close an account in the event of use contrary to these terms, or when the business relationship ends.

Authorized use

Preparing studies and summaries for your own clients, as part of your business, in particular equipment rental.

Prohibited uses

Copying, reproducing, extracting or decompiling all or part of the tool, its calculation methods, its assumptions or its texts; using it to develop or promote a competing service; giving a third party access to the tool; disrupting its operation.

Results

Results are indicative simulations, which depend on the information entered and on general assumptions. They guarantee neither a consumption level, nor savings, nor actual performance. Users remain responsible for how they use them and for the documents they give their clients. The final sizing of an installation must be validated with Kinell Energy.

Your studies

The data of your sites belongs to you. Kinell Energy uses it only to run the service and for anonymous usage statistics, unless you agree otherwise.

Availability

Kinell Energy does its best to keep the service available, without any guarantee of permanent access. It may be changed or interrupted, in particular for maintenance.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kinell Energy is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the simulations, nor for indirect damages related to the use of the service.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, users are informed at their next login.

Governing law

French law. Competent courts: Commercial Court of Nantes, as in the general rental terms (KEF-REF-JUR-007).
